H&M's first store in India is now open!

H&M (Hennes & Mauritz) opened its first store in India at Select Citywalk in Saket, New Delhi on 2nd October 2015. Karl-Johan Persson – CEO; Janne Einola – Country Manager and Kapil Vig - Store Manager cut the red ribbon to welcome customers. The young and old fashion crazy Indian crowd patiently waited outside the store to see the first glimpses of the style and substance H&M offering to their Indian customers. The store with its 25,000 sq ft, was jam packed with people selecting and buying latest fashion garments of their liking.

The H&M yarn from a single women's wear shop in Vasteras, Sweden, to six different brands and 3,600 stores all around the world. That's the big story of H&M!

“We have been waiting for this day for a long time now and this fabulous response is truly worth the wait! I am hopeful that Indian customers will enjoy our diverse offering and find fashion inspiration in the store” said Janne Einola, Country Manager, H&M Hennes & Mauritz Retail Pvt. Ltd. India.
