Goafest 2017: Jagran Bags 9 metals during the Publisher Abbys on day one

Jagran Prakashan bagged nine of the 21 metals awarded during the Publisher Abbys on day one at Goafest 2017 as it won two Golds, five Silvers and two Bronze metals.

Jagran Prakashan’s tally included 2 Golds, 5 Silvers and 2 Bronzes. The Publishing house won the Golds in the Best Promotion of a CSR/ Cause Related Marketing Initiative in Tradition or Online Space category as well as the Best Brand Innovation in Newspapers Printed or Online.

Mathrubhumi Printing & Publishing secured a Gold in the Best Marketing of Printed Magazine category for Mathrubhumi Yatra magazine. The publishing house also scored 2 Bronze metals.

Dainik Bhaskar took home 2 Golds – both for its ‘Zidd Karo, Duniya Badlo’ campaign in the Best Marketing of a Printed Newspaper/ Edition category and Best Use of Mobile/ Digital by a Newspaper category.

Chitralekha Group and Sakal Agrowon also bagged 2 metals each. While Chitralekha secured 1 Gold and 1 Silver (both in the Most Creative Cover Design for a Printed Magazine category), Sakal Agrowon won 2 Bronze metals.

RK Swamy BBDO, HT Media and Malayala Manorama won a metal each. RK Swamy BBDO scored a Gold for its work done for HT Media’s Kala Ghoda Arts Festival in the Best Publishing Brand Activation category.
