Motorola Takes to the Runway with ‘Styled With Moto’ Campaign Created Entirely Using AI

Motorola is staging a comeback with a new campaign, ‘Styled With Moto,’ designed entirely using artificial intelligence in collaboration with its agency, heaven. This campaign coincides with the launch of the new folding smartphones, the Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra, as well as a partnership with Pantone. The 30-second campaign film features a lineup of models donning fashion-forward outfits inspired by Motorola’s iconic Batwing logo, all created through AI. Each outfit highlights one of the six colors of the new smartphones.

“With this bold campaign, Motorola is positioning itself not only as a technology leader but also as a fashion icon,” said a release.

According to the campaign, each outfit was created from thousands of AI-generated images, and carefully selected for style and materials. The images were then transformed to incorporate Motorola’s Batwings in the most natural and aesthetic way possible, then upscaled and animated, all using AI tools. Finally, the film’s soundtrack, also generated with AI, incorporates the famous “Hello Moto” jingle, fusing tradition and innovation.

This ‘Styled With Moto’ campaign is the culmination of 4 months of intensive research and work by a team using no fewer than nine different AI tools.

At the launch party, 150 portraits of guests dressed in Motorola Batwing outfits were exhibited. The campaign is complemented by an influencer campaign with two content creators (@dressingleloo & @thedwardsad ) who have created a video showing outfits that match the different colors of the phone.
