Mumbai: Raymond Lifestyle has announced the appointment of Satyaki Ghosh as Whole Time Director for a five-year term, beginning 6 May 2026 and concluding 5 May 2031, pending shareholder approval. Ghosh, who has been serving as CEO of Raymond Lifestyle since January 2026, steps into the expanded role at a pivotal time for the company.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning FMCG, textiles, retail and consumer businesses, Ghosh has built a reputation for navigating both B2B and B2C markets with equal dexterity. His career reflects a strong focus on operational excellence, sustainability and growth, qualities that align with Raymond’s ambitions in India’s evolving lifestyle and apparel sector.

Before joining Raymond Lifestyle, Ghosh was associated with the Aditya Birla Group, where he most recently served as CEO of Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries. In that role, he managed a large-scale manufacturing business, driving efficiency and embedding sustainability into operations while steering growth strategies in a competitive global market.

His appointment as Whole Time Director underscores Raymond Lifestyle’s confidence in his ability to strengthen the company’s leadership and strategic direction. As the brand continues to expand its footprint and sharpen its focus on premiumisation, Ghosh’s blend of industry expertise and operational insight is expected to play a crucial role in shaping its next phase of growth.
