Bench Media, in collaboration with UnLtd, stepped out for change last Friday, with its entire team lacing up to walk 15km along the coast from Martin Place to Watsons Bay in support of Youth Off The Streets (YOTS). With strong support from across the media industry, over 40 people from Bench, UnLtd, Youth Off The Streets, and media partners took part in the coastal walk, helping raise more than $10K for YOTS.

Ori Gold, CEO of Bench Media, said: At Bench, we believe business success should go hand-in-hand with community impact, so it has always been part of our culture. For us, giving back isn’t just the right thing to do, it enriches us as people, builds cultural awareness, and connects us more deeply with our local communities. Walking together as a team is our way of showing that when we unite for a cause, we can help create brighter futures for those who need it most.

“YOTS has been Bench’s charity partner of choice for several years, and working with UnLtd has meant more people involved, creating greater impact for the cause and raising more money than ever before. We are delighted this year’s walk has been so successful.”

Kath Solly, Impact Account Director at UnLtd, added: “This event is a brilliant example of our industry using its energy and creativity for good, turning a team day out into a day of impact! Every step taken by the Bench and UnLtd teams contributed to life-changing programs for young people who deserve a chance to thrive.”

Judy Barraclough, CEO of Youth Off The Streets said: “We are so thankful for the generosity and support of Bench Media and UnLtd. Their collective efforts mean more young people will have access to safety, education, and opportunities to rewrite their stories.

“This Coastal Charity Walkraised vital funds to help vulnerable young people experiencing homelessness, trauma, or disadvantage,” she concluded.
