7-Eleven Singapore is repositioning itself beyond convenience with its new campaign, “Find the good stuff”. Developed with TAG, the initiative shifts focus to surprise, innovation and exclusive experiences. Informed by a DFI Retail Group survey, it reflects consumer demand for fresh products, memorable retail encounters and community-driven trust.

7-Eleven Singapore is redefining its role in the city’s retail landscape with the launch of its latest brand campaign, “Find the good stuff”. Developed in partnership with creative agency TAG, the initiative signals a strategic pivot for the convenience chain, moving beyond its traditional positioning to embrace discovery, innovation and exclusivity.

The campaign aims to transform routine store visits into moments of surprise, encouraging customers to see 7-Eleven not just as a place for quick purchases but as a destination for unique finds and engaging experiences. This repositioning comes at a time when Singapore’s convenience retail market is evolving rapidly, with consumers expecting more than speed and accessibility.

Insights from a 2026 DFI Retail Group brand experience survey, which polled over 900 convenience shoppers, shaped the campaign’s direction. The study revealed that Singaporeans increasingly value stores that are exciting to shop in, supportive of the community and innovative in their offerings. Fresh products, exclusive items and memorable retail experiences emerged as the strongest drivers of trust and loyalty.

By aligning with these expectations, 7-Eleven Singapore is positioning itself as a brand that not only meets everyday needs but also enriches daily life with unexpected delights. The campaign underscores the retailer’s ambition to deepen customer engagement, foster repeat visits and strengthen its role as a trusted, innovative presence in Singapore’s retail sector.
