Marbra Design Studio has revealed a refined new design for Souvall Vindima Tardia, a late-harvest wine from Portugal’s Beira Interior. The deep red packaging, enriched with embossed almond blossoms and gold accents, reflects the wine’s vitality, complexity, and balance, elevating the tasting experience into a sensory celebration.
Marbra Design Studio has unveiled its latest creation for Souvall Vindima Tardia, a wine born from the slopes of Portugal’s Beira Interior. The new design is a study in contrast and restraint, capturing both the vitality of the wine and the elegance of its heritage. Set on richly textured paper, the label carries a restrained classicism, its almond blossom motif rising through blind embossing to create depth and a subtle tactile presence. A bespoke neck collar adds distinction, guiding the eye with refined foil accents that reinforce the brand’s identity. The box, with its deep tones and golden highlights, transforms the act of opening into a moment of quiet theatre—immersive, sensory, unforgettable.
The wine itself is described as “a gift from Nature,” crafted from a late harvest at 650 metres altitude. Its brilliant golden hue reveals the complexity of noble rot and the patient maturation of Viosinho, Fernão Pires, and Rabigato grapes. Aromas of rosemary honey, dried apricot, and candied fruits unfold into a luscious palate where sweetness and acidity coexist in perfect harmony. The finish is long and fresh, with a subtle saline touch that invites another sip. This balance makes it an ideal companion to foie gras, blue cheeses, or traditional conventual sweets, offering a celebration of patience and rigour that defines the brand’s identity.
Marbra’s design mirrors the wine’s character: deep red, full of vitality, yet layered with nuance. By elevating the packaging into an experience of discovery, the studio has ensured that Souvall Vindima Tardia is not only tasted but felt—an encounter that lingers beyond first impression.
