Dr Sajeeva Narangoda joins as Executive Director, bringing extensive expertise in corporate leadership, healthcare administration, finance, and capital markets. Currently Group CEO/Executive Director of Ambeon Holdings PLC and Ambeon Capital PLC, his international exposure in healthcare governance and research adds significant strategic depth to the Board.
Former Sri Lankan cricket legend Aravinda de Silva, globally celebrated for his role in Sri Lanka’s 1996 Cricket World Cup victory and inducted into the ICC Hall of Fame in 2023, also joins as a Non-Executive Director. Beyond his sporting legacy, de Silva has emerged as a respected entrepreneur and investor, expanding ventures through Arcasia Holdings across technology, logistics, real estate, and financial services.
Savanth Sebastian, with strong expertise in global markets, economic research, and investment strategy from senior roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Sujeewa Mudalige, former Managing Partner of PwC Sri Lanka with over three decades of experience in accounting, governance, and regulatory affairs, further strengthen the Board as Independent Non-Executive Directors.
