With 26 years of experience across sales, customer excellence, and channel management, Jindal will oversee B2B sales operations across OEM and South Asia, reinforcing Castrol’s growth and market presence.
Castrol India has announced a significant leadership change, appointing Anoop Jindal as Vice President, B2B Sales – OEM & South Asia, effective 1 June 2026. Jindal, who currently serves as Vice President & Head-Customer Excellence & Operations, will now lead B2B sales operations across OEM and South Asia markets, a move that underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its regional presence and driving growth.
Jindal brings with him 26 years of extensive experience in sales and business development, channel management, and customer excellence and operations. His career began in 1999 with BPL Display Devices, followed by a stint at Saint-Gobain Abrasives in sales. He joined Castrol in 2005 as a Key Accounts Manager and has since held multiple leadership roles across OEMs and strategic accounts, building a strong track record in customer engagement and operational excellence.
This appointment reflects Castrol India’s commitment to enhancing its leadership team to support portfolio expansion and market penetration in South Asia. Jindal’s deep expertise and long-standing association with the company position him to drive strategic initiatives that will strengthen Castrol’s B2B relationships and reinforce its competitive edge in the region.
