Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH) has launched a second CinCin outlet in Mumbai, located on the 13th floor of Mansionz One, Bandra. Spanning 4,300 sq. ft. with seating for 120, the restaurant blends Italian piazza-inspired design with Bandra’s café culture, offering interactive dining and a robust aperitivo programme.
Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH) has strengthened its presence in Mumbai’s dining scene with the launch of a second CinCin outlet in Bandra, following the success of its flagship in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). The expansion underscores ABNAH’s growth strategy in the city’s competitive hospitality market, positioning CinCin as a versatile destination for both casual and celebratory occasions.
The new restaurant occupies the 13th floor of Mansionz One on Linking Road, with a footprint of more than 4,300 sq. ft. and seating capacity for 120 guests. Designed to accommodate multiple dining occasions, the Bandra outlet caters to coffee meetups, lunch gatherings, evening meals, weekend brunches, and music-focused events, reflecting the neighbourhood’s evolving lifestyle rhythms.
CinCin Bandra introduces a series of interactive elements that elevate the dining experience. Guests are welcomed with minestrone soup shots, while Pistachio Orgeat is offered as a digestif. A roaming Negroni and Spritz trolley brings tableside theatre to cocktail preparation, birthday celebrations are marked with coffee liqueur shots, and the in-house Sgroppino is prepared directly at the guest’s table, reinforcing the brand’s emphasis on conviviality and engagement.
The design draws inspiration from traditional Italian piazzas and laneways, while weaving in Bandra’s cultural identity. Interiors feature terracotta finishes, patterned tiles, verandah-style seating, vintage-inspired lighting, and abundant greenery. Distinctive touches include a TukTuk installation, an aperitivo bar, and a retractable roof in the alfresco section, creating a layered environment that shifts seamlessly from day to night.
The menu remains firmly rooted in Italian cuisine, with handmade pastas and Neapolitan-style pizzas at its core. Signature dishes include Tajarin with truffle butter and black truffle, Bombette, Crostini e Zucca, Napoli Pizza crafted with San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte, Calamarata, Diavola Pizza, Spaghetti Carbonara, alongside classic desserts such as Panna Cotta and Tiramisu.
Complementing the food is a beverage programme inspired by Italy’s aperitivo culture. All wines are available by the glass, including house labels developed in collaboration with a local vineyard. The range features a Syrah-led red, Riesling Bianco, and Cabernet Sauvignon Blush. Cocktails such as Hello from Sorrento, Midnight in Amalfi, and The 1889 Secret further enrich the offering, while zero-proof options ensure inclusivity.
CinCin Bandra also debuts Cincineria, a coffee programme inspired by Italian neighbourhood cafés. With specialty coffee offerings, it aims to integrate seamlessly into Bandra’s café culture, appealing to both daytime patrons and evening diners.
By combining authentic Italian culinary traditions with interactive service, design rooted in piazza culture, and a beverage programme that celebrates aperitivo rituals, CinCin’s Bandra outlet reflects ABNAH’s ambition to create experiences that resonate with Mumbai’s cosmopolitan audience. The expansion not only strengthens CinCin’s footprint but also signals the group’s intent to shape the city’s evolving hospitality landscape with innovation and flair.
