Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has announced the acquisition of the Good Home and Eva brands from TTK Healthcare for Rs 256 crore, marking its 17th strategic acquisition to date. The deal expands Wipro’s footprint in the home care and personal care categories, adding two trusted names with a combined revenue of Rs 148 crore in FY26.
Good Home operates in the home care segment with products such as air care, odour removers, scrubbers and drain cleaners, while Eva’s portfolio spans deodorants, no-gas perfumes, underarm roll-ons and talcum powders. Both brands have built strong consumer equity over the years, making them a natural fit for Wipro’s diversified FMCG portfolio.
Kumar Chander, CEO of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting and MD of Wipro Enterprises, said the acquisition strengthens the company’s presence in categories with enduring consumer relevance. “Good Home and Eva are well-established brands with a strong legacy and enduring consumer trust. This acquisition further strengthens our portfolio while expanding our presence in categories that continue to see strong consumer relevance and long-term growth,” he noted.
Neeraj Khatri, chief executive of Wipro Consumer Care, described the addition of the two brands as a strategic step in enhancing Wipro’s ability to serve everyday consumer needs. “Both brands enjoy strong consumer trust and distinct market positions, making them a natural fit for our portfolio,” he said.
TTK Healthcare’s executive chairman TT Raghunathan expressed confidence in Wipro’s stewardship, stating that the company’s FMCG capabilities and track record of nurturing acquired brands would help Good Home and Eva reach new levels of growth.
Sumit Keshan, managing partner and head of Ventures & M&A at Wipro Consumer Care, added that the acquisition complements Wipro’s existing portfolio and reinforces its ambition of building a diversified FMCG business through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Following the completion of the transaction, Good Home and Eva will continue to operate under their existing brand identities. Wipro Consumer Care plans to leverage its manufacturing, research and development, marketing and distribution strengths to support the brands’ future growth, underscoring its long-term commitment to innovation and consumer trust.
