Shreya Arora has rejoined Ogilvy as senior creative director, marking her second stint with the agency after beginning as a junior visualiser in 2020. She moves from Ultrahuman, where she was content strategy manager, and brings experience from Dentsu Webchutney, Talented and Boston Consulting Group to her new creative leadership role.

Ogilvy has announced the appointment of Shreya Arora as senior creative director, a move that underscores the agency’s commitment to strengthening its creative leadership. Arora shared the news of her return on LinkedIn, highlighting a career trajectory that has seen her evolve from her early days at Ogilvy to becoming a seasoned creative professional with diverse industry experience.

This marks Arora’s second stint with Ogilvy, having first joined the agency in 2020 as a junior visualiser. Her return reflects both her professional growth and the agency’s recognition of her creative capabilities. In her new role, she is expected to contribute to Ogilvy’s creative vision, bringing fresh perspectives shaped by her varied experiences across sectors and organisations.

Arora moves to Ogilvy from Ultrahuman, where she worked as content strategy manager. At Ultrahuman, she was responsible for shaping narratives and strategies in the health and wellness space, a role that demanded both creativity and precision in connecting with audiences. Her tenure there added depth to her expertise in content-driven brand building, complementing her earlier work in advertising and consulting.

Her career also includes stints at Dentsu Webchutney, Talented and Boston Consulting Group. At Dentsu Webchutney, she honed her skills in digital-first creativity, working on campaigns that pushed boundaries in the online space. Her time at Talented further expanded her portfolio, allowing her to experiment with unconventional approaches to brand storytelling. Meanwhile, her experience at Boston Consulting Group provided her with a strategic lens, equipping her to align creative ideas with broader business objectives.

Arora’s journey reflects a blend of creative artistry and strategic insight, qualities that are increasingly vital in today’s advertising landscape. Her appointment signals Ogilvy’s intent to invest in talent that can bridge creativity with business impact, ensuring the agency remains relevant in a rapidly evolving market.

By returning to Ogilvy, Arora reconnects with an agency that played a formative role in her career, while stepping into a leadership position that allows her to shape its creative future. Her trajectory from junior visualiser to senior creative director within six years illustrates both her personal growth and the opportunities Ogilvy offers for talent to thrive.

As she embarks on this new chapter, Arora’s diverse background across advertising, consulting and content strategy positions her to contribute meaningfully to Ogilvy’s mission of delivering impactful creative solutions for clients. Her appointment is seen as a strategic move that strengthens the agency’s creative leadership and reinforces its reputation as a hub for innovation and storytelling.
