MG Motor India has introduced ADAPT, the country’s first Multi-NEV platform, marking a disruptive leap in mobility innovation. Building on its legacy of redefining possibilities, MG positions ADAPT as a transformative ecosystem designed to integrate diverse new energy vehicles, reshaping the future of sustainable transport in India.

Something disruptive has indeed arrived. MG Motor India, long recognised for pushing boundaries in mobility, has unveiled ADAPT, India’s first Multi-NEV platform. This bold move signals a new era in the automotive industry, where innovation is not confined to individual models but extended to a versatile platform capable of accommodating multiple new energy vehicle formats.

For years, MG has cultivated a reputation for challenging conventions and reimagining what cars can deliver. From pioneering connected vehicles to advancing electrification, the company has consistently sought to align its offerings with evolving consumer expectations. With ADAPT, MG is taking that philosophy further, creating a foundation that can support diverse technologies and applications, ensuring flexibility and scalability in a rapidly changing market.

The introduction of ADAPT is more than a product launch; it is a statement of intent. By positioning itself at the forefront of multi-energy integration, MG is acknowledging the complex realities of India’s mobility landscape, where consumer needs vary widely and infrastructure development is uneven. ADAPT is designed to bridge these gaps, offering a platform that can evolve alongside technological progress and policy frameworks.

This disruptive approach reflects MG’s belief that the future of mobility cannot be defined by a single solution. Instead, it requires adaptability—whether through battery electric vehicles, plug-in hybrids, or other emerging formats. ADAPT embodies this philosophy, promising to deliver choice without compromise, and sustainability without sacrificing performance or convenience.

The launch also underscores MG’s ambition to lead not just in product innovation but in shaping the broader narrative of mobility in India. By introducing ADAPT, the company is signalling its readiness to collaborate with stakeholders, from policymakers to consumers, in building a future where transport is cleaner, smarter, and more inclusive.

As India stands at the cusp of a mobility revolution, MG’s ADAPT platform represents both continuity and change. It continues the company’s legacy of redefining possibilities, while disrupting traditional notions of automotive development. In doing so, MG is not merely introducing a new platform—it is inviting India to imagine mobility differently, with adaptability at its core.
