Adobe has named Manoj Nagpal Vice President, Global Delivery Centre and Shared Services, based in Bengaluru. With over three decades of experience, Nagpal will drive delivery capabilities, innovation, and customer success, reinforcing India’s role as a strategic hub in Adobe’s global growth and transformation agenda.

Adobe has announced the appointment of Manoj Nagpal as Vice President, Global Delivery Centre and Shared Services. Based in Bengaluru, Nagpal will oversee efforts to scale delivery capabilities, foster innovation, and build high-performing teams to support global business growth and customer success. He will report to Scott Bajtos, Global Vice President, Consulting, Customer Engineering & Customer Success at Adobe.

Bajtos described India as a strategic hub for Adobe’s global delivery and innovation agenda, adding that Nagpal’s proven track record in driving customer success and enabling enterprises to realise value from digital transformation investments would advance Adobe’s goal of “building customers for life.”

Nagpal expressed enthusiasm about joining Adobe at a time when enterprises are increasingly adopting AI-led services to deliver meaningful business outcomes. “I look forward to working with teams across regions to enhance customer impact and scale innovation from India,” he said.

With more than 30 years of experience, Nagpal has built and scaled global services organisations, driven enterprise transformation, and delivered customer success at scale. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of OpenText India and Vice President of Professional Services, where he led services and customer success while expanding the company’s footprint in India. His career also includes leadership roles at GXS, GE, and Xerox.

Adobe, which began operations in India in 1997 as an engineering R&D centre, has since grown into a strategic hub spanning product engineering, design, sales, customer experience, and corporate functions. With over 8,000 employees across five campuses, India is Adobe’s second-largest workforce and a key contributor to its innovation agenda.

Nagpal’s appointment follows Adobe’s recent announcement of Shamik Basu to lead engineering and product management for the Creative Products Group in India, underscoring the company’s commitment to strengthening leadership in its largest global talent base outside the United States.
