INVNT®, the global innovation-led brand storytelling agency, has announced the appointment of
Sarah Bailey as Executive Creative Director (ECD) for the APAC region. Based in Singapore,
Sarah will lead INVNT’s growing creative team, driving innovation and storytelling excellence
across Asia-Pacific.

Having previously served as Senior Creative Director, Sarah’s elevation recognises her outstanding leadership in shaping culture-led experiences and her pivotal role in expanding INVNT APAC’s creative capabilities across physical, digital, and hybrid platforms.

“Sarah brings an inspiring blend of empathy, creative courage, and fearless innovation to our team,” said Laura Roberts, Managing Director, APAC at INVNT. “Her expertise and leadership are helping redefine what creative excellence looks like in our region. As a female ECD at the helm of a diverse team, she’s championing fresh perspectives, new ideas, and new possibilities for the brands we partner with.”

Sarah’s career spans more than two decades across cultural programming, luxury hospitality, experiential strategy, and digital innovation. She has shaped award‑winning experiences for global brands including Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, and Emirates, and has been a driving force behind INVNT’s expansion in Singapore, where she has integrated arts, entertainment, and emerging technology into large-scale brand narratives.

“I’m passionate about using creativity as a force for connection and transformation,” said Sarah Bailey. “This is an exciting time for brands in APAC – audiences here are hungry for innovation, authenticity, and purpose. My goal is to help our clients tell stories that not only resonate but create positive cultural impact.”

Recognised as one of the industry’s “Women to Watch” in 2023 and “40 under 40”, Sarah is committed to mentoring emerging talent and building inclusive creative communities. Her appointment reinforces INVNT’s mission to challenge convention and deliver innovation-led experiences that inspire audiences and ignite change.
