Emeritus has appointed Neha Prasad as Associate Director & Head – Public Relations, entrusting her with global communications and brand storytelling. With six years at upGrad and prior roles at Everymedia, Madison World, and MSL GROUP, she brings expertise in strategic PR, crisis communication, and edtech narrative building.  

Emeritus has announced the appointment of Neha Prasad as Associate Director & Head – Public Relations, a move that underscores the company’s ambition to strengthen its global communications and brand positioning. In her new role, Prasad will lead media engagement and narrative development as Emeritus continues to expand internationally.  

Prasad brings with her a wealth of experience from the edtech sector, having spent over six years at upGrad where she spearheaded media communications across India and international markets. Her tenure there was marked by strategic PR initiatives, leadership advisory, and category storytelling that helped shape the company’s voice in a competitive industry.  

Her professional journey also includes roles at Everymedia, Madison World, and MSL GROUP, where she honed her skills in crisis communication and brand advisory. This diverse background equips her to navigate the complexities of global communications while ensuring Emeritus’s brand story resonates across markets.
