Ogilvy India has announced the elevation of Rajneesh Bolia to the role of Chief Innovation Officer, underscoring the agency’s commitment to embedding innovation and creative technology at the heart of its operations. Bolia, who has been with Ogilvy India for seven years, shared the news in a reflective LinkedIn post that highlighted his journey of learning, experimentation, and growth within the company.

In his announcement, Bolia described Ogilvy India as his “home” and acknowledged the leaders who provided him with the trust and space to explore, fail, and ultimately grow. “I’m humbled to share that I’m stepping into a new role as Chief Innovation Officer, Ogilvy India. Over the last 7 years, Ogilvy India has become home. It has been a journey of learning, building, experimenting, failing, figuring things out, and growing made possible largely because of the trust, support and belief of leaders who gave me the space to do all of that,” he wrote.

Bolia emphasised that what excites him most is not just the title, but what it represents in the broader context of the industry. He noted that creative technology and innovation are no longer peripheral discussions but are becoming central to how agencies deliver value, solve business challenges, and shape the future of creativity. His appointment signals Ogilvy India’s intent to strengthen its innovation-led approach, aligning with global trends where technology and creativity converge to drive business impact.

The move reflects Ogilvy’s ongoing focus on nurturing leadership that can bridge creativity with technology, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of solving complex client problems in an evolving marketplace.
