Snitch has acquired women’s apparel brand Berrylush, marking its entry into the women’s fashion segment. Berrylush will continue as a standalone brand, supported by Snitch’s product, technology and retail expertise. CEO Siddharth Dungarwal pledged a transparent 100-day integration journey, working with co-founder Anusha Chandrashekar to build “Berrylush 2.0.”
Snitch has made a decisive move into the women’s fashion segment with the acquisition of Berrylush, a fast-growing women’s apparel brand. While the financial details remain undisclosed, the deal marks a significant expansion for Snitch, which has until now been focused on men’s fashion. Berrylush will continue to operate as a standalone brand, but will benefit from Snitch’s expertise in product development, technology, supply chain, marketing and omnichannel retail.
As part of the integration, Snitch will collaborate closely with Berrylush co-founder Anusha Chandrashekar and her existing team to drive innovation and growth. The focus will be on developing new product lines and strengthening the brand’s presence across both online and offline channels.
Siddharth Dungarwal, Founder and CEO of Snitch, announced the acquisition on social media, outlining a transparent approach to the integration process. “Over the next 100 days, we’re opening the doors and taking you behind the scenes. The strategy. The products. The branding. The tough decisions. The wins. The mistakes. The real journey of building BERRYLUSH 2.0 from the inside out,” he wrote.
The move signals Snitch’s ambition to diversify its portfolio and tap into the fast-growing women’s fashion market, while positioning Berrylush for its next phase of growth under strengthened leadership and enhanced operational support.
