Former Digitas India COO Sonia Khurana has joined SuperStuff.ai as Partner and COO, tasked with scaling its 35,000-strong expert network. Her leadership focuses on proof-of-work, transparency and structural realignment between brands and marketing talent, creating an on-demand marketplace that balances algorithmic efficiency with seasoned human judgment.

SuperStuff.ai has announced the appointment of Sonia Khurana, former Chief Operating Officer of Digitas India, as Partner and COO. The move signals a decisive step in the platform’s ambition to redefine how brands engage with specialised marketing talent, while scaling its network of 35,000 experts.

Khurana’s mandate is clear: to prioritise precision over speed and to dismantle the traditional disconnect between pitch and delivery that has long plagued agency-client relationships. By embedding proof-of-work into the platform’s operating model, she aims to ensure that brands are matched with talent whose expertise is demonstrable, not just promised.

Her arrival marks a shift in the structural alignment between brands and marketing specialists, with SuperStuff.ai positioning itself as a transparent, on-demand marketplace. Unlike conventional agency structures, which often rely on layers of intermediaries and opaque processes, the platform seeks to balance algorithmic efficiency with the discernment of seasoned human judgment.

For Khurana, the challenge lies not only in scaling the platform’s expert base but also in ensuring that its growth is sustainable and meaningful. By focusing on transparency and accountability, she intends to build trust among both brands and talent, creating a marketplace where efficiency does not come at the expense of quality.

The appointment also reflects broader changes in the marketing ecosystem, where brands increasingly demand agility, specialisation and measurable outcomes. SuperStuff.ai’s model, under Khurana’s leadership, promises to deliver these by reimagining how talent is sourced, evaluated and deployed.

Her move from Digitas India, where she oversaw operations for one of the country’s leading digital agencies, underscores the growing importance of platforms that blend technology with human expertise. As COO, Khurana will be instrumental in shaping SuperStuff.ai’s next phase of growth, ensuring that its promise of precision-driven marketing solutions translates into tangible impact for clients.

With this leadership addition, SuperStuff.ai is poised to challenge conventional agency models and set new benchmarks for how brands and talent collaborate in an increasingly complex marketing landscape.
