PepsiCo India has launched Sting Classic Kick, a bold new flavour in its energy drink portfolio, unveiled through a cinematic campaign starring actor Lakshya. Available in 180ml cans and 300ml PET bottles, the product rollout spans retail and e-commerce, supported by a 360-degree marketing push across media and influencer platforms.
PepsiCo India is strengthening its presence in the energy drink category with the launch of Sting Classic Kick, a new flavour designed to expand the Sting portfolio. The introduction is supported by a campaign film featuring actor Lakshya, who brings a mix of humour, action and cinematic flair to the brand’s latest offering.
The film opens in a restaurant where Lakshya intervenes in a tense situation, only to be dismissed by two men. Taking a swig of Sting Classic Kick, he slams the bottle on the table, sending peanuts flying with exaggerated force to knock the men backwards. The sequence closes with Lakshya’s confident sign-off, establishing the bold tonality of the new flavour.
The campaign will be amplified through a 360-degree rollout across television, digital, social media, influencer collaborations and outdoor platforms, ensuring wide visibility and engagement. Sting Classic Kick will be available nationwide across modern and traditional retail outlets, as well as e-commerce platforms, priced at ₹30 for 180ml cans and ₹20 for 300ml PET bottles.
