Tata Motors has appointed Pallav Singh as Deputy General Manager – Martech and AI. Singh joins after nearly two years at Porsche India, where he led marketing functions across Brand, PR, Digital, Social, CRM, and MarTech. His career spans EY, Henkel, and ICICI Bank.

Tata Motors has announced the appointment of Pallav Singh as Deputy General Manager – Martech and AI, a move that underscores the company’s growing focus on technology-driven marketing and customer engagement. Singh brings with him a wealth of experience across diverse industries, having held senior roles in automotive, consulting, FMCG, and banking.

Prior to joining Tata Motors, Singh spent nearly two years at Porsche India as Chief Manager, Marketing. In this role, he was responsible for leading Brand, PR, Digital, Social, CRM, and MarTech initiatives, helping to strengthen the luxury automaker’s presence in the Indian market. His tenure at Porsche highlighted his ability to integrate traditional brand-building with cutting-edge digital strategies.

Singh’s career also includes a stint at EY as Senior Consultant, where he specialised in digital transformation and campaign migration, advising clients on how to adapt to evolving consumer behaviours and technological shifts. Earlier, he held marketing leadership positions at Henkel and ICICI Bank, where he contributed to brand growth and customer engagement through innovative campaigns.

With this appointment, Tata Motors signals its intent to accelerate its Martech and AI capabilities, aligning with the broader industry trend of leveraging data, automation, and artificial intelligence to enhance customer experiences. Singh’s diverse background and proven expertise in both strategy and execution are expected to play a pivotal role in driving Tata Motors’ digital-first marketing agenda.
