With over 15 years of experience, she will strengthen global collaboration and organisational capabilities across the communications community.
Lina Wall Borgenbring has been elevated to the position of Global Communications & PR Community Lead within the Insight & Strategy team at H&M Group, marking a significant step in her career after three years as Head of PR & Communications for H&M North Europe. In her expanded role, she will collaborate across markets and functions to bring people together, strengthen organisational capabilities and support the global communications community, reinforcing H&M’s commitment to building a cohesive and future-ready brand narrative.
Announcing the promotion on LinkedIn, Borgenbring reflected on her professional journey, noting: “Sometimes the best opportunities are the ones that build on what you already enjoy doing.” She also looked back on her tenure leading communications for H&M North Europe, adding: “Three years ago, I stepped into the role of Head of PR & Communications for H&M North Europe. Borgenbring brings more than 15 years of experience across communications, public relations and brand leadership within the fashion, lifestyle and consumer technology industries. Her career has been defined by overseeing global brand storytelling and strategic communications programmes for several leading organisations, shaping narratives that resonate across diverse audiences and markets.
Before joining H&M North Europe, she served as Global Group PR Manager at Marshall Group, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the brand’s international presence. Earlier, she was Global Head of Communications at Babyshop Group, leading efforts to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. She also held the role of Strategic Account Director at A World Beneath, among other positions, gaining valuable expertise in strategic communications and client relations.
Her promotion underscores H&M Group’s focus on nurturing talent and reinforcing its global communications framework. With her proven ability to combine strategic insight with creative storytelling, Borgenbring is expected to play a key role in uniting teams, enhancing organisational capabilities and driving impactful communications initiatives across the Group’s international footprint.
