WPP BRAND & DESIGN STRENGTHENS APAC LEADERSHIP WITH UNIFIED STRUCTURE

WPP Brand & Design has unveiled a new Asia-Pacific leadership structure under APAC president Lulu Raghavan, appointing Alexandra Cerruti, Danley Stone, Nikki Lin and Ben Gordon to senior roles. The move unites specialist agencies into a cohesive collective, integrating creative craft with data-driven insights to deliver measurable growth in the AI-driven marketplace.

WPP Brand & Design has reinforced its regional leadership across Asia-Pacific with a new structure designed to unify its diverse creative agencies under one collective. The announcement, made under the leadership of Lulu Raghavan, APAC president of WPP Brand & Design, brings together Landor, Design Bridge and Partners, amp, ManvsMachine, Coley Porter Bell, BDG, CBA Design, and DeepLocal into a single, integrated unit. The model aims to help clients build multi-sensorial brands capable of thriving in the region’s fast-evolving, AI-driven marketplace while preserving each agency’s distinctive culture and creative strengths.  

By combining brand consulting, identity, sonic branding, motion, experience, and governance with shared data and WPP’s Open Intelligence platform, the unified structure offers clients a single point of entry to the group’s full spectrum of capabilities. Jane Geraghty, global CEO of WPP Brand & Design and Landor, said the new model harmonises data-driven technology and consulting with world-class creative craft. “By pairing analytical insights that prove the commercial value of brand investments with design that resonates on an emotional and human level, we can build powerful brand systems that stimulate growth, move people, and ultimately shape consumer behaviour,” she explained.  

The leadership appointments include Alexandra Cerruti, who becomes executive vice president, Southeast Asia, based in Singapore; Danley Stone, named managing director, Hong Kong; Nikki Lin, appointed managing director, China; and Ben Gordon, who takes on the role of EVP growth, APAC. Each brings extensive experience in driving commercial success and creative excellence across the region.  

Geraghty welcomed the new leaders, noting their combined expertise and local market knowledge will be critical as WPP Brand & Design pioneers the integration of AI and agentic technologies to redefine how brands connect with diverse audiences across Greater China, India, and Australia. Raghavan added that the appointments reflect the depth of leadership talent within the network, praising their track records in fostering creative excellence and building deep client partnerships.
