Tilaknagar Industries Limited (TI), one of India’s leading alcoholic beverage companies, has announced the relaunch of Mansion House Flandy Orange in Andhra Pradesh, marking another milestone in its strategy to establish Flandy as a contemporary, flavour-forward brand with a distinct identity. The move follows the successful relaunch in Telangana earlier this year and signals TI’s intent to position Flandy as a standalone brand with youthful energy and modern appeal.
Introduced as an innovative extension of the iconic Mansion House franchise, Flandy reimagined brandy by blending its richness with vibrant fruit flavours. With this relaunch, the brand evolves from being perceived as a mere extension into a hero brand in its own right, defined by spontaneity, individuality and a contemporary personality.
“Consumers today are increasingly looking for brands that bring something new to familiar categories. With Flandy, our ambition is to make brandy more contemporary, approachable and experience-led without losing the richness that defines the category. The refreshed identity reflects this evolution, giving Flandy a distinctive voice that resonates with a new generation of consumers while strengthening its own brand equity. Following the encouraging response in Telangana, we’re excited to bring this new chapter of Flandy to Andhra Pradesh,” said Ahmed Rahimtoola, Chief Marketing Officer, Tilaknagar Industries.
The refreshed identity moves away from Flandy’s earlier association with Mansion House Brandy, giving it a sleek, modern bottle design, vibrant visual language and contemporary typography. While Mansion House remains the anchor, Flandy now takes centre stage, asserting its independence and distinctiveness.
Anchored in the proposition “Meet Flandy, the Flavour of Now”, the relaunch shifts from an emotion-first narrative to a product-led proposition. The communication places Flandy’s flavoured brandy credentials at the heart of the story, while retaining the broader philosophy of “Welcome the Now”, encouraging consumers to embrace spontaneity, new experiences and the present moment.
Flandy Orange, with its zesty citrus notes, offers a vibrant and contemporary interpretation of brandy, tapping into the growing preference for flavour-forward spirits, cocktails and experiential drinking. Available in 750ml, 375ml and 180ml pack sizes, the Flandy portfolio currently includes Orange and Lemon (White Brandy), with distribution across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry.
The relaunch underscores TI’s focus on premiumisation, innovation and differentiated brand-building, aligning with evolving consumer preferences for taste, individuality and experience. By positioning Flandy as a brand that is both accessible and modern, TI aims to carve out a distinct space for flavoured brandy in India’s dynamic spirits market.
Founded in 1933 as Maharashtra Sugar Mills by Shri Mahadev L. Dahanukar, Tilaknagar Industries has grown into a major player in the India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) industry. Under the leadership of Shri Amit Dahanukar, TI has strengthened its portfolio with ‘Millionaire’ brands such as Mansion House Brandy, Imperial Blue Whisky and Courrier Napoleon Brandy, alongside Madiraa Rum and Blue Lagoon Gin. Its luxury vertical, House of TI, includes Monarch Legacy Edition brandy and Seven Islands Pure Malt Whisky, as well as investments in India’s emerging craft spirits sector.
With the relaunch of Flandy Orange in Andhra Pradesh, TI continues to redefine brandy for a new generation, ensuring the category remains vibrant, relevant and firmly rooted in contemporary consumer culture.
