The Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company has announced the election of Jennifer Henry as Senior Vice President, effective immediately. The decision was made alongside the declaration of the company’s regular quarterly dividend, underscoring Coca-Cola’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership and financial strategy.

Henry officially joined the company on July 7, assuming the role of Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. In her capacity as SVP, she will lead Coca-Cola’s enterprise-wide strategic agenda—developing long-term growth plans, identifying transformative business opportunities, and overseeing high-impact initiatives designed to unlock scalable, revenue-generating ventures for the global beverage giant.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Henry built an impressive career over 13 years at McKinsey & Company, where she rose to the level of Partner. At McKinsey, she advised major clients in the consumer and retail sectors across both U.S. and international markets, specializing in corporate and portfolio strategy, revenue growth management, and go-to-market and sales excellence. Her experience spans critical growth topics, making her exceptionally suited to drive Coca-Cola’s next phase of strategic innovation.

Henry began her professional journey in 2005 as a leveraged finance analyst at Wachovia, now part of Wells Fargo, and later joined Pamlico Capital in 2007 as an investment associate. In 2009, she transitioned to McKinsey, where she steadily climbed the ranks, earning her partnership in 2018.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and an MBA in marketing and operations from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Henry’s appointment reflects Coca-Cola’s continued commitment to cultivating a future-ready leadership team, capable of navigating complex global markets and capitalizing on evolving consumer trends.
