The Coca-Cola Company has unveiled a unified global visual identity designed to strengthen its most recognisable brand assets while ensuring consistency across more than 200 markets. Developed in collaboration with JKR, The Superultrarare and Brody Associates, and guided by the creative direction of Ralph Abreu, the refreshed system reflects the brand’s ambition to remain both timeless and digitally agile.

The new identity builds on Coca-Cola’s heritage while embracing the demands of a digital-first world. By consolidating its visual language into a cohesive framework, the company aims to deliver a consistent experience across packaging, communications and digital platforms. The approach underscores the importance of clarity and adaptability in maintaining relevance for a brand with global reach.

Central to the rollout is Fizzion, an AI-powered design intelligence tool developed with Adobe. Designed to support internal teams and agency partners, Fizzion enables Coca-Cola to maintain brand consistency at scale, ensuring that creative executions remain faithful to the refreshed identity while allowing for local adaptation. The tool represents a significant step in integrating technology into brand management, reflecting the growing role of AI in creative industries.

The initiative highlights Coca-Cola’s strategy of reinforcing its most iconic elements rather than pursuing radical reinvention. By focusing on consistency and scalability, the company has created a system that can flex across diverse markets while retaining the unmistakable qualities that define its brand. The collaboration with leading design agencies and the integration of AI tools signal a forward-looking approach that blends tradition with innovation.

As the rollout progresses, Coca-Cola’s refreshed identity is expected to set a benchmark for global branding, demonstrating how heritage companies can evolve their visual systems to meet contemporary expectations. By uniting design, technology and cultural resonance, the company has positioned itself to sustain its iconic presence in an increasingly digital and interconnected world.
