EY Global Delivery Services has unveiled the ey.ai Center for Reimagination in Bengaluru, a 40,000 sq ft immersive facility designed to accelerate enterprise AI transformation. Combining agentic AI, digital twins, robotics and simulation, the centre will drive innovation across sectors while reinforcing Bengaluru’s role as a global hub for AI-led change.

EY Global Delivery Services has announced the launch of the ey.ai Center for Reimagination in Bengaluru, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s global AI strategy. Spread across 40,000 square feet, the immersive facility is designed to help enterprises explore, test and execute AI-led transformation at scale.

The centre brings together advanced technologies including agentic AI, digital twins, robotics, conversational AI and simulation platforms. By integrating these capabilities, organisations can visualise business outcomes, model scenarios and accelerate decision-making in complex environments. The facility is positioned as a space where enterprises can not only adopt AI but also reimagine their operating models and customer engagement strategies.

The launch is part of EY’s previously announced $1.4 billion global investment in AI, underscoring the firm’s commitment to embedding artificial intelligence across industries and geographies. With Bengaluru already recognised as a strategic hub for innovation, the new centre strengthens the city’s role in shaping global transformation agendas.

EY has identified several priority sectors for the centre’s work, including life sciences, banking and capital markets, consumer products and retail, industrial products and energy. Each of these industries faces unique challenges and opportunities in adopting AI, from drug discovery and personalised healthcare to predictive analytics in finance, supply chain optimisation in retail, and sustainability solutions in energy. The ey.ai Center for Reimagination aims to provide sector-specific pathways for enterprises to operationalise AI effectively.

Beyond technology adoption, the centre is expected to generate demand for specialised talent in areas such as AI engineering, immersive experience design, digital simulation and transformation consulting. This focus on talent development reflects the growing need for multidisciplinary expertise to bridge the gap between advanced research and practical industry applications.

The facility also highlights EY’s ambition to position itself as a partner for enterprises navigating the complexities of AI integration. By offering an environment where organisations can experiment with emerging technologies, test business models and simulate outcomes, the centre provides a platform for risk-managed innovation.

As global enterprises increasingly seek to operationalise AI, facilities like the ey.ai Center for Reimagination reinforce Bengaluru’s reputation as a destination for cutting-edge transformation. The city’s ecosystem of technology firms, startups, academic institutions and consulting networks provides fertile ground for collaborations that can accelerate adoption and scale.

With this launch, EY is not only expanding its footprint in India but also signalling its intent to shape the global conversation around AI-led business reinvention. The ey.ai Center for Reimagination stands as both a physical and symbolic investment in the future of enterprise transformation, where technology, talent and imagination converge to redefine possibilities.
