HubSpot and AKQA have unveiled a global brand campaign celebrating workplace professionals who make excellence look effortless. Centred on HubSpot’s agentic customer platform, the initiative highlights how AI-powered tools and Smart CRM empower teams to build demand, win deals and delight customers. Films, audio and out-of-home activations span four international markets.
The best performers often make their craft appear deceptively simple, yet behind that ease lies powerful support. HubSpot, in partnership with AKQA, has launched a new global brand campaign that places these high achievers at the forefront, revealing the role of HubSpot’s agentic customer platform in enabling their success.
Designed to unify marketing, sales and service teams around a shared customer view, HubSpot integrates AI-driven tools with a Smart CRM, positioning customer data at the heart of operations. The campaign demonstrates how this foundation helps businesses generate demand, secure deals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
AKQA was appointed in March 2026 to move HubSpot beyond conventional B2B marketing, crafting a narrative that centres on the people using the platform. The creative process was highly collaborative, with HubSpot’s in-house brand and creative teams working seamlessly alongside AKQA, production and post-production partners. By embedding editors on set and maintaining continuity with the same director and production company across shoots, the teams accelerated delivery while safeguarding quality.
Acclaimed director Max Siedentopf and production company DIVISION were enlisted to bring the vision to life. Earlier this year, teaser films depicted quiet offices where HubSpot was already at work. The full campaign now introduces the professionals themselves—calm, prepared and in control, thanks to having the right tools and insights at the right moment.
The rollout spans two teasers, five 30-second brand films, four 15-second product features, audio spots and out-of-home activations across the USA, UK, Australia and Germany.
Sunil Desai, SVP of Brand at HubSpot, explained: “B2B marketing has spent years talking about itself. This campaign celebrates the people using the tools, the ones who are quietly, consistently excellent at their jobs. We built HubSpot to help every go-to-market team achieve more growth, and we wanted the world to see what that could look and feel like.”
Victor Davoine, Managing Director of AKQA Paris, added: “The creative idea started with a simple observation: the people who are best at their jobs often make it look effortless. We wanted to explore what sits behind that confidence and success. The campaign shows how the right insights, the right tools, and the right platform can help people perform at their best.”
