McDonald’s India – North and East has launched two new premium burgers, the Cheesy Mushroom and Cheesy Chicken, as part of its Signature Collection. These burgers are designed to cater to the evolving tastes of Indian consumers, offering a blend of global flavors and locally sourced ingredients.

The Cheesy Mushroom burger features a cheesy mushroom patty paired with savory Italian sauce, tangy gherkins, and crisp lettuce, all served in a protein bun. The Cheesy Chicken burger, on the other hand, includes a flame-grilled chicken patty layered with a juicy egg patty, habanero sauce, gherkins, and crunchy lettuce, also in a protein bun. Both burgers are priced at ₹239 and are available across McDonald’s restaurants in North and East India through dine-in, takeaway, drive-thru, and delivery via third-party aggregators.

Rajeev Ranjan, Managing Director of McDonald’s India – North and East, emphasized that the Signature Collection is about transforming everyday burgers into indulgent experiences. “With the Signature Collection, we’re turning everyday burgers into something truly indulgent. Built with bold flavors and premium ingredients, these burgers are designed for consumers who want more depth, more richness, and more satisfaction in every bite,” he said.

The launch reflects McDonald’s India – North and East’s response to changing consumer preferences, with a growing demand for burgers that offer greater depth, indulgence, and a more crafted eating experience. The burgers are made with ingredients sourced from trusted Indian suppliers, supporting local farmers and partners while ensuring freshness and quality.

The Signature Collection is part of McDonald’s India – North and East’s strategy to offer premium and innovative products to its customers. The company has observed a shift in consumer preferences towards more indulgent and crafted eating experiences, and the launch of the Cheesy Mushroom and Cheesy Chicken burgers is a response to this trend.
