Actor and entrepreneur Ranveer Singh’s nutrition brand SuperYou has launched SuperYou Pro Creatine Monohydrate, expanding its performance-focused supplement range. The move reflects the rapid growth of India’s performance nutrition market and the increasing shift among consumers towards structured, science-backed supplementation beyond traditional protein products.
India’s fast-growing performance nutrition sector has gained another entrant as Ranveer Singh’s co-founded brand SuperYou unveiled SuperYou Pro Creatine Monohydrate, marking a strategic expansion of its performance-focused SuperYou Pro product line.
The launch arrives at a time when India’s performance nutrition market is estimated to exceed ₹6,000 crore and is expanding at an annual rate of 20–25 per cent. Industry observers note that what was once a niche category catering primarily to bodybuilders and elite athletes is increasingly finding acceptance among recreational athletes, gym-goers and consumers pursuing active lifestyles.
Creatine monohydrate, the latest addition to the SuperYou Pro portfolio, is one of the most widely studied supplements in sports nutrition, supported by more than 1,000 clinical studies. The compound is commonly linked to improvements in strength, power output, muscle recovery and even aspects of cognitive performance, making it a staple in strength training, functional fitness programmes and high-intensity athletic routines.
SuperYou previously introduced the SuperYou Pro range with fermented yeast-based protein powders. With the addition of creatine, the brand is signalling its intention to move beyond protein-centric offerings towards a broader portfolio designed to support structured performance routines.
Speaking about the launch, Ranveer Singh, co-founder of SuperYou, emphasised the role of discipline in performance-oriented training. He said creatine is a foundational element in serious performance routines and, when taken consistently, can help individuals train harder, recover better and build strength over time. Singh noted that the goal behind the new supplement was to create a clean and reliable product suited to individuals committed to improving their daily performance.
Co-founder Nikunj Biyani said the Indian fitness consumer is undergoing a shift from casual supplementation to more structured, performance-led habits. According to him, this shift requires credible, research-backed products that can support evolving training routines. He added that while protein served as the brand’s entry point, performance nutrition extends far beyond protein alone, and creatine represents an important step in that progression. The long-term ambition, he noted, is to build a performance ecosystem aligned with how Indians train, compete and pursue everyday fitness goals.
SuperYou Pro Creatine Monohydrate is formulated using micronised creatine monohydrate with a 200-mesh particle size to improve mixability and absorption. The formulation also includes one billion colony-forming units of Bacillus Coagulans probiotics, which the company says are intended to support digestive comfort for users integrating supplementation into daily routines.
The brand states that each batch undergoes testing in NABL-accredited laboratories and is screened for heavy metals while being manufactured to pharmaceutical-grade purity standards. The supplement is positioned as stimulant-free, non-habit-forming and formulated without sugar or calories.
The product is available in Orange Kick, Zesty Lemon and Unflavoured variants, with a retail price of ₹599 for a 100g pouch.
With this launch, SuperYou is reinforcing its strategy of evolving from a protein-focused brand into a broader performance nutrition platform, aiming to serve India’s growing community of fitness-conscious consumers seeking science-backed supplementation as part of structured training lifestyles.
