RAVINDRAN SHANMUGAM JOINS TVS MOTOR BOARD AS INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

TVS Motor Company has appointed technology entrepreneur Ravindran Shanmugam as Independent Director for five years, effective 13 May 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Shanmugam, Co-founder of Singapore-based AI platform Mablle, brings expertise in digital transformation and consumer businesses, bolstering TVSM’s future-ready growth ambitions under Chairman Sudarshan Venu’s leadership.  

TVS Motor Company (TVSM), part of the TVS Venu Group, has announced the induction of Ravindran Shanmugam as an Independent Director for a five-year term beginning 13 May 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Shanmugam is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and business leader with a career spanning diverse industries and geographies. He currently serves as Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Mablle, a Singapore-based AI-enabled interior design and renovation platform. His entrepreneurial journey has been marked by a focus on harnessing artificial intelligence to reshape consumer experiences. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising clients on strategy and transformation. His professional trajectory reflects a blend of consulting rigour and entrepreneurial innovation, positioning him as a valuable addition to the TVSM board.
