SANDEEP KHANNA APPOINTED CEO OF PROGRESSIVE TECHSERVE

Progressive Techserve has appointed Sandeep Khanna as Chief Executive Officer, marking a pivotal leadership transition. Former COO Khanna will spearhead the company’s transformation into an AI-led, automation-driven managed services provider. Founder Prateek Garg assumes the role of Chairman & Managing Director of Progressive Infotech Group, overseeing strategic direction and governance.  

Progressive Techserve, the AI-led IT managed services company, today announced the appointment of Sandeep Khanna as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Khanna, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer, will lead the company’s next phase of growth with a sharp focus on accelerating its transformation into an automation-driven and outcome-focused managed services provider.  

As part of the leadership transition, Prateek Garg, Founder of Progressive, will assume the role of Chairman & Managing Director of Progressive Infotech Group. Garg will oversee the strategic direction, governance and expansion of Progressive Techserve and ZARTHI, the Group’s cloud business, while continuing to shape long-term partnerships and growth initiatives.  

Khanna’s appointment represents a significant milestone in Progressive’s leadership journey. Having joined the organisation as a Service Delivery Manager, he has risen through the ranks to become CEO, bringing with him extensive experience across service delivery, operations, customer relationships and business transformation. Over his two decades at Progressive, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening service delivery capabilities, building enduring customer relationships and expanding the company’s managed services portfolio.  

He has also been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, including the development of Progressive’s cybersecurity managed services and the growth of Workelevate, its AI-powered digital workplace platform. These contributions have reinforced Progressive’s reputation as a forward-looking managed services provider, combining technological innovation with operational excellence.

The appointment comes as Progressive Techserve accelerates its evolution towards an Autonomous MSP model, combining artificial intelligence, intelligent automation and human expertise to deliver proactive, predictive and outcome-driven IT services. The company’s strategic focus spans Digital Workplace Services, Infrastructure Managed Services and Cybersecurity Services, with an emphasis on improving operational efficiency, service reliability and customer experience.  

In his new role, Khanna will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer partnerships, expanding service capabilities and advancing the company’s AI-led managed services strategy. Meanwhile, Garg will concentrate on the Group’s long-term strategy, governance and partnerships, while supporting the continued expansion of ZARTHI under the leadership of its CEO, Aditya Garg.
