15 APAC Creatives Join Jury for The One Club’s Young Guns 23 Competition

The One Club for Creativity has unveiled the distinguished panel of over 100 creative professionals from across the globe who will serve as jurors for the prestigious Young Guns 23 competition. Recognized as one of the most influential platforms for emerging talent, Young Guns is a global, cross-disciplinary, portfolio-based awards program that celebrates the most promising creative professionals aged 30 and under. Spanning design, advertising, illustration, animation, photography, and beyond, the competition spotlights innovation and originality across creative fields.

Now in its 23rd edition, Young Guns continues to draw a highly international pool of entries, with submissions pouring in from over 45 countries—more than half originating outside the United States. This global reach underscores the competition’s reputation as a career-defining launchpad for the next generation of creative leaders.

The diverse jury, which includes 15 leading creatives from the Asia-Pacific region, brings together a wealth of experience and cultural perspective, ensuring that the selection process reflects the dynamic and evolving nature of global creativity.

Levine/Leavitt, a long-standing partner of the Young Guns program, will once again present its coveted Artists-in-Residence Award—offering one selected Young Guns winner a full year of artist and career management representation through the agency.

In addition, the Levine/Leavitt Young Guns Assistance Program will continue for YG23. Designed to support emerging illustrators and photographers who meet the competition’s criteria but may face financial barriers, the initiative provides selected applicants with free entry into the competition, fully sponsored by Levine/Leavitt.
