Goodness of Design and Digital has appointed Vishakha Khattri as Business Head, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. With over 11 years of experience across leading agencies and more than 50 global awards, Khattri will drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and support the agency’s next phase of expansion.
Goodness of Design and Digital has announced the appointment of Vishakha Khattri as Business Head, a move that underscores the agency’s ambition to scale its business and deepen client relationships. In her new role, Khattri will work closely with the leadership team to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and support the agency’s next phase of expansion in the business and industrial sectors.
Khattri brings with her more than a decade of experience in advertising, having worked across some of the industry’s most respected names including Leo Burnett, Webchutney, DDB Mudra, FCB Ulka and Godrej Creative Lab. Her portfolio spans marquee brands such as Thums Up, SBI, Horlicks, Red Bull, The Times of India, Meesho, Godrej Foods, Dabur and KFC. Over the years, her work has been recognised with more than 50 awards globally, reflecting her ability to deliver creative excellence across diverse categories and mandates.
Commenting on the appointment, Rohit Dhamija, Founder, CEO and Creative Director of Goodness of Design and Digital, said, “Vishakha brings a strong understanding of brands, creative businesses and the relationships that help both grow. Her appointment fills an important gap in our leadership team: someone who can translate ambition into action through strong implementation, client management and business leadership. As we enter our next phase of growth, her experience and curiosity make her a natural fit for what we are building.”
Khattri herself expressed enthusiasm about joining the agency, emphasising the culture and people as key motivators. “What drew me to Goodness of Design & Digital was honestly the people. There was a certain goodness in the way they thought about the work, but also in the kind of place they wanted to build. After spending years in larger networks, I wanted to be somewhere that felt hungry and curious again. Where people really care about the work, question things, get their hands dirty, and want to make something that actually connects with people. For me, it was also a chance to build not just brands, but a team, a culture, and hopefully some really good work along the way.”
Her appointment signals a renewed focus for Goodness of Design and Digital as it looks to expand its scale and capabilities. With Khattri’s proven track record and passion for building both brands and teams, the agency is poised to strengthen its position in the industry and deliver impactful work that resonates with audiences.
