Lufthansa has partnered with Serviceplan Group to launch its global campaign “Premium lives in the details”, led by Brand Lead Michelle Mynhardt and CCO Till Diestel. Highlighting onboard enhancements across all four classes, including dishes by Michelin-starred chef Christoph Kunz, the initiative redefines airline hospitality through premium positioning and customer experience.

Lufthansa is setting a new benchmark in airline hospitality with the unveiling of its global campaign “Premium lives in the details”, created in collaboration with the Serviceplan Group. The initiative underscores the carrier’s commitment to elevating customer experience by focusing on the finer aspects of travel, positioning premium service as a defining feature of its brand identity.

The campaign is spearheaded by Lufthansa Brand Lead Michelle Mynhardt alongside Serviceplan Group’s Chief Creative Officer Till Diestel, bringing together strategic vision and creative execution. At its core, the campaign highlights enhancements across all four travel classes, ensuring that every passenger, from economy to first class, experiences a heightened sense of care and attention.

One of the most striking elements of the initiative is the introduction of culinary creations by Michelin-starred chef Christoph Kunz. His dishes are designed to reflect Lufthansa’s premium ethos, combining innovation with refinement to deliver a dining experience that rivals top restaurants. This collaboration signals Lufthansa’s ambition to transform inflight dining into a memorable part of the journey, reinforcing the idea that true luxury lies in detail.

Beyond gastronomy, the campaign emphasises a holistic approach to customer experience. From cabin design and seating comfort to digital services and personalised touches, Lufthansa is investing in every aspect of the passenger journey. The message is clear: premium travel is not defined solely by grand gestures, but by the accumulation of thoughtful details that enhance convenience, comfort and delight.

The partnership with Serviceplan Group reflects Lufthansa’s recognition of the power of storytelling in shaping brand perception. By weaving together narratives of craftsmanship, innovation and hospitality, the campaign positions Lufthansa as more than a transport provider—it becomes a curator of experiences. This strategy aligns with broader trends in the aviation industry, where airlines are increasingly competing on customer experience rather than price alone.

“Premium lives in the details” is not just a slogan but a philosophy that Lufthansa aims to embed across its operations. As global travellers seek authenticity and quality, the airline’s focus on detail-driven excellence resonates strongly. The campaign redefines what passengers can expect from airline hospitality, setting Lufthansa apart in a competitive market and reinforcing its reputation as a leader in premium travel.
