Aditi Kumari has joined Britannia Industries Limited as Group Brand Manager, marking her latest move in the brand management space. She announced the appointment via LinkedIn, expressing happiness about the new role. Kumari previously held the same position at Reliance Retail, bringing valuable experience to Britannia’s brand leadership team.

Britannia Industries Limited has welcomed Aditi Kumari as its new Group Brand Manager, a role she formally announced through a LinkedIn post that reflected her enthusiasm for the next chapter in her career. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Brand Manager at Britannia Industries Limited,” she wrote, signalling both pride and optimism about the opportunity.

Her appointment underscores Britannia’s continued focus on strengthening its brand management capabilities at a time when consumer engagement and innovation are critical to sustaining growth in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Britannia, one of India’s most iconic food companies, has consistently invested in building a strong brand presence across categories ranging from biscuits and dairy to bakery and snacks. Kumari’s addition to the leadership team is expected to further enhance the company’s ability to connect with consumers and drive brand-led initiatives.

Kumari’s move to Britannia follows her tenure at Reliance Retail, where she also served as Group Brand Manager. At Reliance, she was responsible for overseeing brand strategy and execution across diverse retail formats, contributing to the company’s efforts to expand its consumer reach and strengthen its market positioning. Her experience in managing large-scale brand portfolios and navigating competitive landscapes will be an asset as she takes on her new responsibilities at Britannia.

The transition highlights Kumari’s steady progression in the brand management space, where she has built a reputation for combining strategic insight with creative execution. Her career trajectory reflects a commitment to shaping brand narratives that resonate with consumers while aligning with business objectives.

For Britannia, her appointment comes at a pivotal time as the company continues to innovate in product development and expand its footprint in both domestic and international markets. With consumer preferences evolving rapidly, the role of Group Brand Manager is central to ensuring that Britannia’s messaging remains relevant, consistent and impactful across platforms.

Industry observers note that Kumari’s expertise in brand building and her prior experience at Reliance Retail position her well to contribute meaningfully to Britannia’s growth story. Her arrival is expected to bring fresh perspectives to the company’s marketing and communication strategies, reinforcing Britannia’s status as a household name in India and beyond.
