With three decades of experience across media, technology and international business, Ghosh is set to drive the company’s expansion in luxury publishing and lifestyle content.
RPSG Lifestyle Media has named Debashish Ghosh as Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership move as the company strengthens its premium media and lifestyle portfolio in India. Ghosh, who assumed the role five months ago, now oversees an expanding suite of brands including Esquire India, The Hollywood Reporter India, Robb Report India and Manifest Life.
With over three decades of experience across media, publishing, OTT, technology and international business, Ghosh brings a wealth of expertise to the role. His appointment comes at a time when RPSG Lifestyle Media is building its presence in luxury publishing and lifestyle-focused content experiences, aiming to scale its influence in India’s competitive media landscape.
Before joining RPSG Lifestyle Media, Ghosh served as Managing Director – International Markets at Penske Media Corporation from 2017 to 2025, where he led expansion strategies outside the United States. He was instrumental in driving operations, partnerships and revenue growth across digital media, live events and hospitality, while also shaping cross-brand commercial strategies for global properties such as Billboard, Variety, Rolling Stone, Robb Report and ARTnews.
Earlier in his career, Ghosh held senior leadership roles in India’s media and technology sectors, including CEO of Zee Digital Convergence, where he spearheaded Essel Group’s digital strategy and platform businesses. His diverse background across industries positions him to lead RPSG Lifestyle Media’s ambitions in premium content and lifestyle publishing.
The appointment underscores RPSG Lifestyle Media’s intent to strengthen its leadership bench and expand its footprint in India’s evolving media ecosystem, blending global brand legacies with local market opportunities under Ghosh’s stewardship.
