Dove and Crumbl have unveiled a limited-edition collaboration that blends Dove’s signature care with Crumbl’s crave-worthy cookie scents, wrapped in packaging designed by JDO. The playful partnership captures Gen Z’s appetite for joyful, unexpected brand moments, turning self-care into a sensorial celebration of indulgence and delight.

In a move that has captured the hearts—and feeds—of millions, Dove has joined forces with Crumbl Cookies to deliver a collaboration that is as surprising as it is joyful. The limited-edition collection brings together Dove’s heritage of care with the irresistible scents inspired by Crumbl’s fan-favourite cookies, creating a cultural moment that feels both indulgent and disruptive.

Founded in 2017 by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, Crumbl has become a viral sensation, delighting fans with its weekly surprise flavours and expanding to more than 1,000 bakeries across the United States. Its playful charm and social media appeal made it the perfect partner for Dove, a brand long associated with sensoriality and joy. Together, they have crafted a collaboration that resonates with audiences seeking experiences that blur the boundaries between categories.

The creative execution was led by international brand design agency JDO, who seamlessly blended Dove’s minimalist elegance with Crumbl’s vibrant, cookie-inspired aesthetic. For the first time, Dove’s iconic white design embraced Crumbl’s signature pink—a bold nod to the instantly recognisable cookie boxes that have become a staple of the brand’s identity. The result is packaging that feels premium yet playful, designed to spark delight both online and instore.

“Sensoriality and joy have always been at the heart of Dove’s DNA, and this partnership allowed us to explore those qualities in a new, disruptive and culturally relevant way,” explains Helena Graves, Executive Client Partner at JDO. The collaboration not only reimagines Dove’s design language but also positions the brand in a fresh, culturally resonant space.

Ben Oates, Founder and Executive Creative Director at JDO, highlights the strategic intent behind the partnership: “This collaboration gave us an opportunity to connect with Gen Z through consumable content, both online and instore, driving craveability and talkability. In today’s saturated market, standing out requires bold, imaginative moves—and that’s exactly what Dove achieved with this unexpected partnership with Crumbl. From a design perspective, it was a chance to subvert the timeless elements of the brand with a playful twist and a sense of joy.”

The collaboration underscores a broader trend in brand partnerships, where unexpected alliances create cultural resonance and extend relevance beyond traditional categories. For Dove, it represents a bold step into lifestyle territory, tapping into the emotional power of indulgence and joy. For Crumbl, it is an opportunity to bring its playful identity into the world of self-care, reinforcing its position as a brand that thrives on surprise and delight.

As the limited-edition collection rolls out, industry observers note that such collaborations are increasingly vital in capturing consumer attention. By blending care with craveability, Dove and Crumbl have created more than a product—they have crafted a cultural statement about the power of joy, sensoriality, and design
