Havaianas, long cherished as a symbol of Brazilian lifestyle, faced a pivotal challenge when stepping into the global fashion arena: how to retain its authenticity while competing with established international icons. The brand turned to Ana Couto, whose team sought to define a distinctive fashion vision that could elevate Havaianas beyond its local roots.
