Indra Nooyi, former PepsiCo CEO and Chair, joins Honeywell’s Board of Directors as an Independent Director, effective January 1, 2026. With her global leadership experience, strategic insight, and operational expertise, Nooyi is expected to drive long-term value creation for Honeywell’s shareholders.

Indra Nooyi, a globally respected business leader, is set to join Honeywell’s Board of Directors as an Independent Director, effective January 1, 2026. This appointment marks a significant milestone for Honeywell, as Nooyi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Her impressive career spans over three decades, with notable stints as Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo from 2006 to 2018 and Chair of its Board from 2007 to 2019.

During her tenure at PepsiCo, Nooyi was the driving force behind the company’s Performance with Purpose strategy, which aimed to deliver sustainable growth through improved product nutrition, reduced environmental impact, and strengthened community engagement. This initiative not only enhanced the company’s reputation but also contributed to its long-term success.

Nooyi’s leadership experience extends beyond PepsiCo, with notable roles at ABB, Motorola Solutions, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Her expertise in finance, strategy, and corporate development has earned her recognition as one of the world’s most influential business leaders.

In addition to her new appointment at Honeywell, Nooyi currently serves on the Board of Directors at Amazon, where she chairs the audit committee, and on the supervisory board of Philips as a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee.
