INNOCEAN has opened a new office in Bengaluru to expand its India operations, focusing on AI-led and data-driven marketing solutions across FMCG, D2C, healthcare, and tech. The move strengthens its integrated marketing capabilities, supports global offshoring, and reinforces India’s role as a critical growth market within its international network.
INNOCEAN has taken a decisive step in its India expansion strategy with the opening of a new office in Bengaluru, positioning the city as a hub for AI-led, data-driven, and content-focused marketing solutions. The move underscores the agency’s ambition to scale its integrated marketing and business solutions across diverse sectors, including FMCG, D2C, healthcare, and digital-first businesses.
The Bengaluru office is designed to strengthen INNOCEAN’s capabilities in customer experience, commerce, and platform services, while also supporting offshoring services for its global network spanning 22 countries. This expansion reflects the company’s broader vision of evolving beyond the traditional agency model into new business domains, aligning with the rising demand for insight-driven, outcome-focused marketing in India’s rapidly growing economy.
Santosh Kumar, COO of INNOCEAN India, described the launch as a strategic milestone that highlights the agency’s journey of reinvention. He emphasised that while automotive remains a strong foundation, INNOCEAN’s work today spans multiple high-growth sectors. “Our ambition is to scale AI-led, data-driven marketing capabilities across FMCG, D2C, healthcare, and digital-native brands. This expansion also strengthens our ability to deliver localised, insight-led regional campaigns for Hyundai and Kia, ensuring greater agility and proximity in key markets,” he said.
JungA Kim, GCEO of INNOCEAN, reinforced India’s importance within the company’s global network, calling it a “strategically critical market” and “a land of immense future opportunity.” He noted that the Bengaluru office is not merely a geographic expansion but a pivotal milestone in INNOCEAN’s evolution. The company aims to build a global-local integrated growth model that extends beyond India to Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, positioning itself as a true growth partner for clients.
INNOCEAN entered India in 2005 and has since established strong partnerships with Hyundai Motor Company and Kia. Significantly, around 30% of its India business now comes from non-affiliated clients, reflecting the agency’s growing influence beyond its automotive roots. The Bengaluru office is expected to accelerate this diversification, tapping into India’s dynamic consumer landscape and expanding opportunities across services and manufacturing sectors.
India’s rising consumer demand, infrastructure investments, and digital transformation make it a key growth market for INNOCEAN. By embedding AI-led and data-driven solutions into its operations, the agency is positioning itself to meet the evolving needs of brands seeking measurable impact and innovative engagement strategies. The Bengaluru office, therefore, represents not just an expansion of physical presence but a reinforcement of INNOCEAN’s commitment to delivering future-ready marketing solutions tailored to India’s unique market dynamics.
With this move, INNOCEAN signals its intent to deepen its role in India’s creative economy, blending global expertise with local insights to drive growth for clients across sectors. The Bengaluru office is set to become a cornerstone of the agency’s India operations, enabling it to deliver integrated, scalable, and transformative solutions in one of the world’s most promising markets.
