Iris Singapore has announced a significant leadership transition, with Managing Director Rebecca Nadilo departing and Priya Kalidas, formerly Head of Growth and Partnerships, stepping up as the new Head of Iris Singapore.

Kalidas, who has played a pivotal role in driving business growth and forging strategic partnerships over the past three years, is set to lead the agency into its next chapter. Having worked closely with Nadilo over the past two years, she is well-prepared to ensure a seamless transition for both the team and clients.

During her tenure, Nadilo spearheaded key initiatives, including the launch of Iris Inc, the agency’s dedicated social studio, and secured major client wins across government, retail, and automotive sectors. She also strengthened the leadership team with strategic hires, reinforcing the agency’s creative and strategic direction.

Bidding goodbye to the team, Nadilo said, “It has been an incredible journey leading Iris Singapore. I am immensely proud of what we have built, the people who make up Iris, and the clients we partner with. Priya has been my right-hand man for the last two years, and I know she will continue to push the agency forward with her incredible drive, impeccable account leadership, and tenacity.”

Kalidas expressed her enthusiasm for the new role, said, “I’m both humbled and exhilarated to step into this new chapter at Iris Singapore. Every day, I witness our team’s creativity, resilience, and genuine care for one another, and it fills me with confidence in what we can achieve together. I’m eager to strengthen our bonds with our partners and nurture an environment where every idea is celebrated, every challenge sparks innovation, and our collective spirit drives lasting impact.”

Under Kalidas’ leadership, Iris Singapore remains committed to delivering impactful work for its clients while continuing to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
