Ralph Lauren has announced the appointment of Claudia Crosby as Head of Marketing, PR & Communications for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), a strategic move that underscores the brand’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the region. In her expanded role, Crosby will lead marketing, public relations, and communications efforts, working closely with both regional and global teams to enhance brand visibility and deepen consumer engagement.

Crosby is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with a proven track record in brand development, strategic communication planning, integrated marketing, and stakeholder relations. Her appointment reflects Ralph Lauren’s focus on building meaningful consumer connections and reinforcing brand equity in a competitive luxury market.

Over the course of her career, Crosby has worked with some of the world’s most influential luxury, beauty, and lifestyle brands, designing and delivering campaigns that not only elevated brand positioning but also resonated deeply with diverse consumer bases. Her expertise lies in crafting integrated strategies that balance creativity with commercial impact, ensuring that brand narratives remain compelling and relevant across markets.

Before joining Ralph Lauren, Crosby held senior leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies and L’Oréal Group, where she played a pivotal role in shaping communications and brand strategies across varied product portfolios and geographies. At Estée Lauder, she contributed to strengthening the company’s global prestige positioning, while at L’Oréal she was instrumental in driving campaigns that bridged innovation with consumer engagement.

Her appointment comes at a time when luxury brands are increasingly focused on tailoring their strategies to regional markets while maintaining global consistency. For Ralph Lauren, the ANZ region represents a dynamic opportunity to expand its footprint and build stronger connections with consumers who value both heritage and modernity in luxury fashion. Crosby’s leadership is expected to bring fresh energy to the brand’s communications approach, ensuring that Ralph Lauren continues to resonate with audiences in Australia and New Zealand while aligning with its global vision.

By combining her deep expertise in luxury brand marketing with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement, Crosby is well-positioned to drive Ralph Lauren’s next phase of growth in the region. Her appointment signals the brand’s intent to invest in leadership that can navigate the evolving consumer landscape and deliver impactful strategies that reinforce Ralph Lauren’s iconic status.
