Upadhyay’s career at Lakmé Lever has been defined by steady progression through senior roles spanning regional business management, business excellence and analytics, and nationwide operations leadership. Most recently, as Head of Business, he oversaw the performance of more than 450 Lakmé Salons across India, driving profitability and laying the foundation for sustainable market expansion. His leadership was instrumental in strengthening the company’s operational framework and ensuring consistent growth across diverse markets.
In his new role as COO, Upadhyay joins Lakmé Lever’s core leadership team, where he will be responsible for shaping and executing strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision of “Beautify the Future.” His mandate includes delivering both short- and long-term business goals, expanding the salon network in line with annual growth plans, and elevating the customer and franchise partner experience nationwide.
