V-Guard’s latest film, directed by Shiv Verma and team, honours employees who have stayed with the company for decades. With over 100 individuals serving 25 to 40 years, the campaign highlights trust, continuity, and the unseen strength of its people, redefining what makes a workplace truly great.

“The only way to become a great place to work is to be a great place to stay.” This thought became the foundation of V-Guard’s new film, written and directed by Shiv Verma, Creative Director, Filmmaker, and Content Creator.

The film explores what truly defines V-Guard beyond its products and reputation, returning to one powerful truth: its people. In a company of more than 5,000 employees, over 100 individuals have remained with V-Guard for 25 to 40 years, continuing to contribute as key members of the organisation. Such trust and continuity are not accidental; they are built steadily over time.

For younger generations, this kind of long-term commitment is rare, and that is precisely why the film seeks to tell these stories. By celebrating these journeys, V-Guard brings its legacy to the forefront, showing that loyalty and shared purpose are the cornerstones of its success.

Kudos to Shiv Verma and his team for bringing this idea to life with such seamless storytelling, shining a light on the people who make V-Guard not just a workplace, but a place to stay.
