The FIFA Fan Festival Atlanta closed with 536,263 visitors over 19 days, cementing Centennial Olympic Park as a hub of football, music, and culture. Produced by Solomon Group and WINK, the free event blended live match screenings, headline concerts, local talent, and immersive sponsor activations into a defining World Cup celebration.

Atlanta has staged one of the most ambitious public celebrations of the FIFA World Cup 2026, as the FIFA Fan Festival Atlanta concluded its run at Centennial Olympic Park with more than half a million visitors. Over 19 operating days, the festival became a focal point for football fans and cultural enthusiasts alike, offering a free programme that fused sport, music, and community.

The event was delivered by Solomon Group and WINK, two global leaders in experiential activations. WINK shaped the creative platform, cultural strategy, and fan journey, while Solomon Group oversaw production, technical execution, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. Together, they transformed downtown Atlanta into a vibrant stage for international football culture, balancing creative ambition with operational precision.

The festival’s scale was underscored by its diverse programming. Live match broadcasts were complemented by headline concerts featuring Ludacris, Davido, Big Boi, Jermaine Dupri, Kat Graham, Killer Mike, and CeeLo Green. More than 100 artists, DJs, performers, and community organisations contributed to a line-up that showcased both global stars and Atlanta’s own creative talent. Local food and beverage offerings, cultural showcases, and immersive sponsor activations added further depth, ensuring the festival reflected the city’s identity while welcoming the world.

For Atlanta, the festival was more than entertainment; it was a statement of cultural hospitality. Branded “Welcome Home,” the event positioned the city as a global host, inviting visitors to experience its music, food, and community spirit alongside the drama of the World Cup. The atmosphere captured the essence of football fandom, blending the highs and lows of matchday with the celebratory energy of concerts and street culture.

By drawing 536,263 attendees, the FIFA Fan Festival Atlanta established itself as one of the defining public celebrations of the tournament in the United States. It demonstrated the power of football to unite communities and highlighted Atlanta’s capacity to deliver world-class cultural experiences on a global stage. With its combination of creative vision and technical execution, the festival has set a benchmark for how cities can embrace the World Cup as both a sporting and cultural phenomenon.
