TBWASydney has named Josh Taylor Dadds as its new Head of Strategy, reporting to Michael Hogg, the recently appointed Chief Strategy Officer for the Group. The Group includes TBWA, Eleven, Fleishman Hillard, Fabric, +61 for Telstra, and TBWA/Media Arts Lab.

Originally from the UK, Taylor Dadds has spent the last five years in New Zealand, where he most recently held the role of Group Strategy Director at Special. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the agency’s success, contributing to its recognition as Effectiveness Agency of the Year at both the New Zealand and APAC Effie Awards.

Before his role at Special, Taylor Dadds was a Strategy Director at TBWANew Zealand, where he worked with major brands such as 2degrees, Southern Cross Health Insurance, and ANZ.

“I love TBWA (…never been one to play it cool). Disruption is an inspiring philosophy—it unleashes outrageous creativity while ensuring work is ruthlessly effective for clients. I saw that firsthand with the crew at TBWANew Zealand, and I’m so excited to be back in the fold. I was lucky enough to meet a few people at the agency before joining, and everyone has been an absolute legend. Getting to work with Paul, Elektra, Michael, and the rest of the crew, all while calling Sydney home (the second-best city in the world, after London), is a dream come true, ”said Taylor Dadds.

Paul Bradbury, CEO & President of TBWAAustralia and New Zealand, added, “Josh is a big talent and a champion for strategic excellence. His experience and energy will be a tremendous asset to TBWASydney as we continue to drive disruptive and effective work for our clients.”
