British fashion house AllSaints has announced the appointment of Nichole Strydom as its new Chief Merchant, effective 5 May 2026. Strydom brings more than 20 years of international retail experience to the role, joining from Zalando where she most recently served as Commercial Director for the e‑tailer’s premium portfolio.
In her new position, Strydom will oversee AllSaints’ global merchandising, buying, and sourcing strategy, with a mandate to accelerate growth across all international channels. She will work closely with Chief Creative Officer Aaron Esh to ensure that the brand’s distinctive creative identity is matched by sharp commercial execution and informed by deep customer insights.
