R for Rabbit’s Mother’s Day campaign “Tough Moms Need Strong Support” celebrates the courage of mothers who stay firm amid pressure and judgment. This Mother’s Day, R for Rabbit has unveiled a poignant campaign titled “Tough Moms Need Strong Support”, shifting the spotlight onto the courage and resilience of modern mothers. Moving away from idealised portrayals, the initiative celebrates the unglamorous yet defining moments of parenting, where firmness becomes an act of love.
Building on the momentum of last year’s Mother’s Day campaign — which featured the world’s first lullaby and a recreation of Kailash Kher’s Mumma with Times Music — R for Rabbit continues its journey of emotionally resonant storytelling. This year’s campaign centres on the insight that sometimes the most caring thing a mother can do is say “no” and stand by it.

Three digital films featuring creators Tanvi Thakkar, Gurpreet Bedi, and That Quirky Mamma (Linda Fernandes) capture everyday parenting realities, each anchored in a familiar scenario: a child’s public tantrum. Whether at home, in a restaurant, or during a work call, the mother chooses to hold her ground. Crucially, the people around her — family, colleagues, or strangers — support her decision rather than undermine it. With no audience to fuel the meltdown, the child calms down, reinforcing the value of consistency and collective support.
The campaign’s philosophy reframes toughness in motherhood as intentionality, patience, and resilience. Each film includes an intimate fourth-wall moment, allowing the mother to connect directly with viewers, acknowledging the shared struggles of parenting.
Kunal Popat, Founder & CEO of R for Rabbit, said: “This campaign is deeply personal because we’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be for parents to stay firm in moments of pressure. Through ‘Tough Moms Need Strong Support’, we want to remind mothers that setting boundaries is not just okay, it’s essential.”
Kinjal Popat, Co-Founder & COO, added: “There’s often an unspoken judgment that comes with parenting in public spaces. With this campaign, we wanted to celebrate the quiet strength of mothers who choose consistency over convenience, while highlighting that support systems make all the difference.”
By spotlighting these everyday realities, R for Rabbit reinforces its role not just as a baby products company but as a partner that understands the emotional landscape of modern parenting. The campaign embraces the highs and lows of motherhood, redefining strength as the courage to stay firm and the power of support to make it easier.
