Ankush Bhattacharya has been appointed Head of Marketing at Jana Small Finance Bank, where he has been associated for nearly four years. A seasoned leader with over 15 years in banking and financial services, he brings expertise in strategic marketing, customer growth and brand building across diverse institutions.  

Jana Small Finance Bank has announced the appointment of Ankush Bhattacharya as its new Head of Marketing, marking a significant leadership move for the institution as it continues to strengthen its brand presence in India’s competitive financial services sector.  

Bhattacharya shared the news of his elevation through a LinkedIn post, writing: “Officially adding a new title Head of Marketing. To everyone who’s asked me to make the logo bigger, and ‘can I have it by tomorrow morning’: this one’s on you.” The light-hearted message reflects his approachable leadership style and deep familiarity with the demands of marketing roles in the banking industry.  

Having been associated with Jana Small Finance Bank for close to four years, Bhattacharya’s appointment underscores the organisation’s confidence in his ability to drive strategic marketing initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
